Only 1 mile from Tucked away in a quiet valley in central Pennsylvania lies a whole world of fun and memories. Knoebels Amusement Resort is found in Elysburg right off Route 487, and offers festivity for the entire family. Parking is free at Knoebels, admission is free, as is entertainment. The “Crystal Pool”, which does have a low admission charge, draws many swimmers and sunbathers to Knoebels. There are two giant waterslides within the pool area. For roller coaster enthusiasts, “The Phoenix” now housed at Knoebels originally was built for a San Antonio amusement park.
